Ask for Help…

when you’re anxious, depressed & worried

Stress, both good and bad, are a normal part of life. It’s something everyone experiences, so it’s important to know more about it. In this article, you can read more about the signs and symptoms of stress and how to identify its causes.

It’s okay to ask for help

You feel overloaded and overwhelmed by family, school, work, or maybe just life in general. It’s hard to concentrate and focus which makes it difficult to complete your tasks from day to day.

Life keeps throwing you curve balls and you’re tired - stressed to the point of exhaustion…physically, mentally, and emotionally! Your job requires you to care for others and you feel there’s not much of you left to give.

Your body feels weak all over and you notice your heart pounding. You try to breathe, but can’t get enough air, and you notice that you’re sweating. You’re shaky all over.

You wonder if you’re “going crazy” and feel “out of control”. You really want to “get out of here” but worry that “no one will help”. So you feel all alone and worry that something terrible will happen. You’re full of fear and don’t think that you have any control over what happens to you and you just want to scream!

I have learned now that while those who speak about one’s miseries usually hurt, those who keep silence hurt more.
